Service Description: The Project Sites layer shows the status of development of projects within the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia. The layer includes information related to plan review and construction.
Status Descriptions
Under Site Plan Review: the Engineering team is reviewing the submitted plans for completeness
Plan Approved: the Engineering team has approved the plan
Under Construction: the project is under construction
Complete: the project is complete
Other information
For each project, the layer includes the type of project: residential, non-residential, or mixed use.
If the project is a residential project, the total number of residential units and the numbers of single family units, duplex units, townhouse units is provided.
The date of last status change indicates when the status of the project was last updated.
Completed projects are shown on the map for 60 days after completion date.
