Service Description: This map service shows the impervious surface area (2022) for properties in the City of Harrisonburg. The feature layer is used manage the Storm Water Utility Fee and Storm Water Utility Credits. It is updated every four years when updated aerial imagery is acquired. Between aerial imagery collections, the layer may be updated to indicate credits and changes due to construction or demolition.
